why h.lab
We’ve learned a lot about how to build endurance performance through training load, intensity, and progression. But we have often underestimated recovery and resilience, the ability to absorb stress and keep adapting over time.
The simple fact is that up to 60% of elite endurance athletes may experience non-functional overreaching (NFOR) or overtraining syndrome (OTS) at some point in their career.¹
h.lab works with athletes to face this challenge: how to expand adaptive capacity while reducing the risk of overtraining, injuries, and prolonged setbacks.
